But over-consumption can cause harm not only to your teeth, but it adds to the fats and calories department too. Hence, moderation is wise.

Calcium is extremely vital for your teeth and bones. It’s always wise to consume dairy products and green veggies. You can also prefer taking calcium supplements. Vitamin B complex and D are also good for gum and teeth protection from cracking and bleeding.
